Wow stunning store. It was decorated for Christmas, trees everywhere.
There were so many fabulous items, beautiful throws, cushions,kitchens,dining room furniture and lounge items. I particularly liked the tv units. They were available in two sizes and although they came in a standard colour you could pay an additional fee for an alternative colour choice. Definitely a store to visit for high end quality and worth a visit for inspiration.

This Neptune store in particular is well worth a visit, they are extremely welcoming and can answer all your questions - of course it is beautiful and the products exceptional BUT their Customer Service is outstanding; at the end of the day you'll want to order and this is straightforward with them. All in all an excellent experience!
If you are in the South East avoid ordering through the Tonbridge branch, what a fiasco, a month delay by their incompetence - therefore order through either HAILSHAM or HOVE. Toby is the main guy and also Katy will go out of her way to help you and get things done.
